
Integrated Balance - Arm Balance Workshop
In this fun and empowering workshop, students learn the fundamentals to begin safely balancing on their hands in yoga. By gaining a better understanding of alignment and whole-body integration, taking flight becomes possible. Yoga poses to be covered, but not limited to, include jump-backs, wild thing, flying pigeon, crow/flying crow, elephant trunk, 8-angle, dragonfly, and firefly. This workshop is perfect for the beginner/intermediate students who want to advance their practice.
